1990
Re-establishment as sole proprietorship "Gert Dittmar Diamanttechnik" after reunification.
1993
Introduction of a new technology: The first in-house coating system for diamond grinding tools goes into operation.
1998 - 1999
Innovative strength: A new type of dental grinder is being developed in cooperation with the TU Dresden.
2005
Specialization: Spin-off of DiT Dentalinstrumente GmbH; focus on special tools for difficult-to-machine materials (e.g. GRP dry grinding).
2007
Technological leap: Introduction of sintering technology for diamond dressing tools.
2009
Change of name to today's DIT-Diamanttechnik GmbH & Co. KG.

The company has been working with the carbon compound for over 35 years and therefore has many years of experience in working with diamonds and diamond tools. Since its foundation, the company has continuously invested in new production facilities and machines in order to further secure its competitiveness.
Since 2005, we have increasingly been manufacturing special tools and grinding wheels for machining difficult-to-cut materials. This led to a research project on GRP dry grinding. Close cooperation with universities guarantees us a high level of technological development and expertise in the future.
As a manufacturer of diamond dressing tools and diamond grinding wheels, we support our employees in training and further education in order to ensure that our customers receive the best quality from well-qualified specialists.
